Privacy Policy
Effective Date: September 20, 2026
Platform Entity: APS DROP (clickdropdone.com)
The platform is strictly committed to digital privacy, execution security, and transactional transparency. This protocol defines the precise boundaries of data processing within the tollgate infrastructure.
1. Zero Personal Data Collection
- Standard Reader Protection: The edge script does not harvest, track, or record Personally Identifiable Information (PII) including names, IP addresses, browsing histories, or device cookies from organic human visitors.
- Zero Content Inspection: The infrastructure does not read, parse, measure, or store publisher content (text, media, or code). The operational scope is strictly limited to perimeter verification and toll deduction.
2. Cryptographic Credential Security
- Irreversible Password Hashing: Passwords are never processed or stored in plain-text. Authentication utilizes advanced one-way cryptographic hashing algorithms prior to database execution. System administrators possess zero-knowledge of user passwords.
- Minimal Identifiers: Publishers utilize only a registered email. Data consumers utilize only their authorized domain architecture for authentication.
3. Financial Data Isolation
- Exclusion of Core Banking Data: The platform does not request, process, or store bank account numbers, IFSC codes, net banking credentials, or payment cards from publishers.
- Remittance Protocol: Payout routing requires only the verified web domain and a Virtual Payment Address (UPI ID). Publisher UPI identifiers are permanently shielded from public dashboard visibility.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Digital Token Acquisition
All programmatic tokens acquired by data consumers are consumable digital assets. Once a transaction clears the authorized payment gateway (Razorpay), it is instantly provisioned and deemed final. Due to the immediate deployment of digital credits, token purchases are strictly non-refundable and immune to cancellation.
2. Ledger Remittance & Execution
Upon a verified and paid perimeter crossing, the 50% revenue share is permanently inscribed to the internal publisher ledger. Once remittance is autonomously routed to the submitted UPI address, the transaction cannot be reversed. Publishers hold absolute liability for failed settlements resulting from inaccurate UPI submissions.
3. Gateway Discrepancy Resolution
In the event of upstream banking latency where fiat currency is debited but digital tokens fail to provision, automated reconciliation will reverse the exact quantum to the origination source within standard banking compliance cycles (5-7 business days).
