Platform Terms and Conditions

Governing the operation of digital tollgate infrastructure and automated execution ledgers.

1. Zero Content Inspection & Pure Toll Policy

• Data Isolation: The platform strictly acts as a gateway. We do not read, measure, scan, or store the content on a publisher's website. We only verify the visit and execute toll deduction.
• Role Limitation: Any exchange of content data is strictly between the publisher and the AI consumer. APS DROP is solely responsible for access enforcement and revenue ledger calculation.

2. Gateway Operation Protocol

• Perimeter Hold: Inbound autonomous scrapers are held at the edge prior to payload transmission. They must provide tokenized clearance to unlock asset feeds.
• Unrestricted Standard Readers: Genuine human audiences and verified commercial indexing crawlers (like Google) retain open, uninhibited site interaction with zero added latency.

3. Payment Processing and Remittance

• Publisher Ledger (50-50 Split): Gross settlements derived from authorized content acquisitions are partitioned equally. Fifty percent is credited immediately to the verified publisher.
• UPI Direct Routing: Publisher disbursements require only a valid Virtual Payment Address (UPI ID). The platform does not collect core bank account details.

4. Account Authentication Security

• Irreversible Hashing: We do not store plain-text passwords. All credentials are converted to irreversible cryptographic hashes before database entry.
• Dashboard Isolation: Publishers view human visits, blocked bots, paid bots, and revenue. AI companies view token balance and visit history. Neither side can access the other's internal ledger.

5. Jurisdiction

These terms and operational protocols are executed and interpreted under the commercial statutes of India, with exclusive jurisdictional authority assigned to competent legal venues within Jharkhand, India.
